  • My hair loves creamy thick products and I'm currently looking for a new product so if you could inbox me the creamy products you use I would greatly appreciative it! :)

  • Great tutorial, U had to much fun waving ur hair back & forth Lol!

  • Your hair is always gorgeous. Do you wrap it at night? If so, can you do a video on the process?

  • I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT PRODUCTS YOU USE CAN YOU MESSAGE ME ?

  • what's your ethnicity? i rarely ever see black people with your curl type so that's why i'm asking.

  • Have you heard about some ladies using Crisco as a moisturizer or sealant? What are ur thoughts?

  • @jadejohnson Check out ulovemegz or shalinda10 on YouTube. They are both fine haired ladies with APL and longer manes. :)

  • IF you were to straighten your nieces hair when she gets older, would you do the same process? If not, what would you do differently since her hair is more kinkier/coily than yours?

  • @musofo17 Actually, curl pattern and texture are two different things. Her hair is more tightly curled than mine, but not coarse. I therefore think that she would be able to air dry because we stretch her curls out in twists/braids anyway, so it appears she wouldn't need much heat. If I felt her hair needed to be blow dried, I would do so using a paddle brush, keeping the dryer at a safe distance from the hair. The hair needs to be dry but not super straight in order to be flat ironed.

  • Enjoyed the video D, great tips (I will have to try them when I straighten my hair), maybe my hair will look healthy and shiny like yours :)

  • Have you tried Silk Remedy GVP?

  • I am gonna try to stretch my hair from now on to straighten it out. This was great.

  • How often do you wash your hair a week?? Great video, very informative! :)

  • Have you ever tried Grapeseed Oil as a heat protectant?

  • Great job. I've been transitioning for 13 months now and flat iron my air dried hair the other day and it was horrible. It's because I didn't stretch out my hair while air drying and my roots didn't want to cooperate. I'm going to have to try your method. Thanks for sharing.

  • I stretch my hair in buns a lot too, it is better for my hair than blow drying.

  • @DejaVu807 I stretch my hair using African Threading, It gives me a great stretch on the first day and my hair dries quickly :) I love GirlsLoveYourcCurls' Channel

  • @GwendolynRaine Yes! I have seen the African Threading technique. I will try this method also. Thanks! :)

  • You give great tips and demo's thoroughly yet quickly ... love your narration. You've been so very helpful ... thank you :)

  • @dacamla Thank you!

  • What kind of flat iron do you use? I'm in the market for one and we have a very similar curl pattern and hair type. Thanks in advance!

  • Your hair straight out of the bun looks very similar to your flat ironed hair. Both results were very beautiful. Thanks for continuing to share your tips.

  • awesome technique... sooo much better than blow drying...

  • I know you don't want to tell us ant brand but can you tell me some creamy heat protectant I only c liquid which I hate

  • ive always heard that we cant let our hair air dry

  • @love1stH0llist3r2nd That's why you can't believe everything you hear

  • I really liked your hair when you took out the bun.

  • I love how you don't play with your hair! I need to be more like that cuz I be slipping sometimes. great video!

  • I really like your hair tips. Your hair turned out so pretty.

  • First off love your videos and hair tips! Secondly I was wondering do you know any bloggers or youtube gurus who have fine straight to wavy hair? I love your tips but some just don't work for my hair type. Thanks!

  • I'm definitely gonna use this process the next time I flat iron cuz my hair never feels moisturized enough and always frizzes up when I straighten it. great tip :) thanks

  • Very nice!

  • I b usin shea butter as a heat protectant sumtimes

  • thanks for sharing the your protect tips , i like to air dry also , :)

  • it looks like cantu

  • Thanks. I think I will try this next time.

  • Thank u for that heat protection tip!!!! I never thought of that! Girl u have been my go to for hair care. My hair has come a long way since I subscribed to ur blog!!!!

  • @MrSnpearsall Aww, thanks so much for the feedback! I appreciate the support and am so happy to be of help ;-)

  • If I only had the time.....way too much work

  • @nechellelove: Actually, it's not as much work as it seems because after I apply my leave in and heat protectant, I can go on about my day while my hair dries. It just prolongs the flat ironing, but takes up much less of my day than if I were to wash, deep condition, blow dry and flat iron all in one sitting. Plus, it puts less stress on the hair, so I think it's worth it.

  • Very good tip I will try not to use my heat protectant right before flat ironing.

  • I've also tried several heat protectants. I love to use grapeseed oil as my heat protectant. I apply it while my hair is wet and also only air dry my hair before flat ironing. Since my hair is so thick, I usually use more than one banded ponytails to air dry. I curl my hair as I flat iron as well~
