if someone was going to join a black sorority and she couldn't step, stroll or dance for that matter. Will they automatically rule her out because of it or will it decrease her chances of joining? I like the idea of having unity,community service and "sisters", but i can not step,stroll or even dance.lol
im not in an org myself but i am intgerested and i am related to several members of each one(excpet Sg rho and Iota) but i digress...you will not be rejected on the grounds that you cant step/dance...you can either be taught after initiation or you just wont take part in step shows...my cousin recently pledged and she did not step for her chapters step team

Nice video!!! The ivy stance and the duck stance do look very similar. However, if the members of each org does it right, you can clearly see the difference between the two.
It is a shame there is no greek unity. Many people want to belong because they want to party, step, and stroll. The reason these organizations are here is due to community service. So let's get back to that frame of mind, COMMUNITY SERVICE.

last time i checked, that was CARL CARLTON'S song. Im pretty sure the owner wouldnt mind everyone and anyone strollin to his record. It would be petty and childish for folks to kick and scream over others strolling to certain songs. These orgs should have better things to worry about..
I would make everyone drink three RedBulls and take 1 Xenadrine tablet (w/ephedra) 20 minutes before every single stroll/step/event! Heart muscles be damned...this is the 3rd time I've seen the FAMU AKAs in action and they ALWAYS look the same: lethargic and sloppy with their movements. Not all of them, but enough.
I was kind of feeling it, but I do notice that the the Deltas in this video are not even doing it right. Something is definitely wrong, and yeah that duck walk it off. I know, because I spent too much time doing it.

It's always funny to see greeks from different areas stroll to their songs. You would NEVER catch Zetas strolling to Bad Mamma Jamma in my area, that's the Delta's song.

I would make everyone drink three RedBulls and take 1 Xenadrine tablet (w/ephedra) 20 minutes before every single stroll/step/event! Heart muscles be damned...this is the 3rd time I've seen the FAMU AKAs in action and they ALWAYS look the same: lethargic and sloppy with their movements. Not all of them, but enough.

Clearly the DELTAS in this video are skaters because that is NOT a duck walk & if u were good u would know the correct way to do a duck walk. That is an ivy thing which DELTAS DO NOT DO!!! A skater mustve made that up bc there is no way ne one good would pass that skater duck walk to neone...I am ashamed that these girls think they are doing a duck walk....do that mess in around some good SORORS & watch ur letters get ripped off.

A GOOD SOROR would (1) know it is always about the work (not T-shirt wearers) and (2) know that the sisterhood is bigger than a Duck Walk, stroll or Step. My Founders did not create my Sisterhood for such superficial things. If you are a Soror, check yourself before coming at someone w/ such negativity. Feel free to hit me with a PM. BTW, I have never seen letters get snatched for a walk...we're not a silly gang.

My goodness I have sat here and read the comments some people have made and I wonder where is the greek unity? The little squabble over which sorority is better is annoying and I'm not even apart of one. I mean isn't it all about sisterhood? Does it really matter who was founded first, who made up the step, who is copying the step or whatever. Sororities are supposed to be held with integrity and bashing each other's sorority is not a good look.
