What video format is good qualiity? Mp4?

@musicmastatrizzle the reason I say this is becuase if you look at his previous videos then you see this is more blurry than past series. I use Pinnacle Video Transfer and he uses I'm not sure but it's not as sharp as the previous. Plus, my videos start out MP4 format then turn into Mpegs.
