  • I love how he goes "at low speed" and you hear nothing lol.

  • do a review of the V2120!

    HALELLULIJA!!!!

  • Awesome Bloopers at the End.... Couldn't stop laughing!!!

  • It's agreat case but they should have included a side panel that also has some kind of airflow like the thermaltake kandalf cases

  • excellent reviews rodeny ;) always... "remersing" is a new word :))

  • Lol bloopers.

  • lmfao i loved the ending.

    amazing case

  • The ending was 100% kickass, 3dgameman's reviews are just awesome!

  • I loved the end funny xD

  • LOVE the outtakes hahahaha

  • 100% Kickass?

But it only has 1 intake and 1 exhaust! In separate compartments, so they can't even work together! Awful cooling options.

  • you guys better get a lock because people might try to steal yo mobo if u live in the getto

  • rofl my father works in a office and he has a case like that !

i saw that EVERYONE had that hh

  • @CobraGMW2 Ur dad works in some nice office , what can I say :D gratz :P.

  • @Fatalexty he just got one from work for me . i was shocked how shocked i was how cool it was.

  • "The only real drawback is the price." Uhhhh what about no hole on the motherboard plate for the cooler retention plate??? I mean sure it's easy to fix it when it's out, but some people keep it in so they don't have to undo all of the wires.

  • I'm very interested In this case. I really want It. =)

If u have two 4-in-3 modules for 5,25, u can fit up to 16 harddrives!

  • its big and all ... u can tell that thing get hott..

  • Nice* Really monster case!

  • Sick Case! lol at out takes

  • Good video here, good job

  • 10 kg is heavy for just the case, I got 7 kg just the case, and with all stuff inside its very heavy.

  • This case is huge and 10kg is really a lightweight for this kind of size. Even small antec sonata weights 9kg. Antec 1200 is 15kg and it is smaller than this lian li. Steel case this size would be around 20kg but it's only 10 all thanks to aluminium.

  • You Could make a home server with this !

    with 8 Hard Drives xD

  • I have exactly this case and no, its thermal design is not good.

  • 10 kg is lightweight... YEA RITE

  • ..... a steam case would be 16kg or more for the same size so yea 10 kg is light

  • @utubeb14 But still. 10 kg is like pretty heavy to lift.

  • You need to start lifting dumbbells, boy.

  • @Fitfatfoofite It's absolutely carryable. But it's quite heavy, if you ask me. And remember: it's without the components!

  • Well 22 pounds isn't really heavy considering it's a full tower case.

  • Ye Berret 50 Cal. is 11 KG

  • lawl at the end , + i never use my egshaust fans , i just keep my pc open

sry my english is bad i am not a nerd

  • @FRURMELLL why are you lifting an *empty* computer case

    13-17kg probably

  • @FRURMELLL 10 kg is not mutch for a pc case. my setup weis 45 kilo

  • @FRURMELLL 10 kg is not mutch for a pc case. my setup weis 45 kilo. i use this case

    2X PSU

    3X GPU

    8X FANS (mod)

    EVGA X 58 (mod)

    intel i7 extreme (4ghz)

    2X 22X BURNER

    1X BLUERAY BURNER.

    AND MUTCH MORE

    10 KILO IS LIGHT WIGHT

  • @FRURMELLL10 kg is not mutch for a pc case. my setup weis 45 kilo. i use this case 2X PSU 3X GPU 8X FANS (mod) 8X HDD (2X RAID 5 EVGA X 58 (mod) intel i7 extreme (4ghz) 2X 22X BURNER 1X BLUERAY BURNER. AND MUTCH MORE 10 KILO IS LIGHT WIGHT
  • @thekiller0673 umm unless some of those drives are IDE im pretty sure no m0b0 supports 11 sata drives

  • @FRURMELLL 10kg heavy? Lol I have the Corsair Obsidian 800D wich is 16kg empty but weighs 22kg with components but I can lift it pretty easy. Go to the gym and grow some muscles you little wimp.

  • @FRURMELLL 10kg isn't all that much to lift. about 21lbs.

  • @FRURMELLL my haf 932 is heavier, yet still not too heavy.

  • why would you want to lock your case? if someone wanted to steal something, they would just take the whole damn case!

  • Youve never been to a LAN party, have you?

  • 0:33

Does he say "at the rare"? Lol

  • i think he was meant to say " at the rear"

  • Instalation of harddisks IS a tooless operation on this case,Rodney...Tooless=no need for a tool to instal, doesnt mean u dont have to use ur hands to install ;))

  • true though =l

he thinks Hard drives are gonna install them selves if it's a tooless thing -_-

  • @Nefus2 Looks are decieving. It's very well built.

  • @Nefus2: Be cool, stay in school!

  • lmao that was piss funny...

  • All staffs are very nice with this case, but its truth its too much expensive and i prefer the Thermaltake Armor + VH6000BWS, its moreless expensive that Lian-Li.

  • side panels - no vents, windows of fans. WOW, nice job on looking professional and running at high temperatures at the same time. my HAF 932 ain't as expensive but i probably get WAY BETTER COOLING

  • You're fucking retarded. Come back and talk when you've owned a Lian-Li.

  • @Mr937595 Yes, but you have turbulent flow.

Laminar is superior, and your 'more fans and flashy shit is better' philosophy is flawed and invalid.

  • this is a nice case love the design. but the price :( know a differnt case like this one but cheaper :)

  • love the titles; Rodney U're the kickass host!

  • lol ending=funny!

  • i going to get an v2100 i cant wait!

  • I think the fact that the case is so ugly, it will effect my productivity, i dont know why they couldn't make it look a little nicer, esspecially for the high price they're asking for it.

I like the look of the Coolermaster Cosmos 1000 and it's a nice case overall aswell.

  • The V2010 case is sexy.

  • Finally someone that thinks like me.

Most of Lian Li cases have no style at all.

    They are sooo expensive !

We have to say that that case has some nice features though...

I also have a Cosmos 1000 and I love it.

  • lian li are amazing at cases. nearly all there cases have removeable MB trays, all have good cooling and amazing build :) especially this.

  • Hard drive installation doesn't seem to be so easy at all, unless you have a hot-swapping system.

Also, I think the case still looks...cramped somehow, it's not that great for the price.

I think the build quality and such are amazing though and only 22lbs (10kgs)? AWESOME!

  • I have the smaller version of this case, and trust me it is NOT cramped. What is hard to tell in any of these videos is hard large these cases are. I was surprised how huge my smaller version is. But it's nice to have so much room to work with. If you have short cables, you might actually run into a little trouble in some places.

  • How many pci e ports did this have?

  • lol dumb

  • ? ?

  • In order to remove the front panel we have to remove screws right?

  • no you just get a crowbar and rip it off..na jj of course you do

  • lol

  • your so fucking funny man pmsl

  • Thank you for this video!

  • this is not a case ...THIS IS A CUPBOARD

  • I don't think that most of the Lian-li cases deserve 100% kickass rating.

  • I have this case and it`s fantastic!

It looks great and you have much space to work with, but even this alluminum case gets quite heavy witch two psu`s

  • Hey all! Im new to this but do you guys mind checking my videos out and comment me to see what i MUST improve on and what is good. And if you like it subscribe to my channel because i will get better and post more videos!

  • Boom goes the dynamite :)

  • The bloopers always crack me up! =)

  • the antec twelve hundred is better than this

  • i can't choose between the two, what makes you say it is better ? also i would like it to be fairly portable, as in to move from work to home, every so often. i am told the 1200 is very heavy, is this true ?

  • The Antec 1200 is very heavy yes. after installing all parts it can be 20-30kg

  • oh, sorry for not knowing but, im not gonna move my pc around becoz i wanna play games so sorry..the only thingi dont like about this is it looks odd somehow..

  • hh....nothing is better than a lian li.

  • The Antec 1200 is a fine case, but which is "better" depends on your priorities. Antec compromises the engineering in order to incorporate flashy lights and plastic windows, whereas Lian Li cases are quieter and more functional. Antec is the best of the "bling bling" case makers, but I would say Lian Li cases are better than Antec cases because I prefer my PC to be quieter and better built.

  • @donkmeister Honestly speaking, The 1200 is quite bad for my taste(and most high end users too), because although it's really flashy and everything I don't see dust filters in the right places and the PSU at the bottom is NOT VENTILATED. That poses a big problem for me, because as most high end users I have hot running hardware and the only way to vent the PSU is to have it suck that hot air in. I'm sorry but my CM590 does a better job than the 300, 900 and 1200 put together!

  • Hey can someone tell me if there are issue with this case regarding the PSU mounting.

I've heard someone (just one) say that when you mount the PSU, the intake fan is right against the case side panal.

Can someone verify this, or did this guy just not know how to install a PSU (i find this hard to believe, installing a PSU is as simple as rodney installing the HDD in the cage)

    thanks

  • Yes, it's true.

You can see that in this video at 1:43.

Now get a PSU with a bottom 12mm fan and compare the holes for the screws on the PSU and in the video, you will see that the PSU's bottom fan will face to the sidepanel.

The reason for this is obvious: when two PSUs are installed the won't suck air from a middle air canal, but instead each one will suck it from the sides individually.

You can unscrew the mounting plate for the PSUs.MAYBE the case ships with an alternative plate

  • Thanks for your reply, I thought i would add i found on Lian Li's site the manual for this case.

You are correct, with this PSU plate, the bottom fans mount outwards and draw air in from the side... according to the manual, Lian Li recommends you get the PSU's with 140mm bottom fans & 80mm exhaust fans out the back (like the old school ones).

However, there is another plate that comes with this case that's made for a single PSU. It lets you mount the PSU upside down like a regular case.

  • if only it didn't cost an arm and a leg! Really nice case

  • first review i have seen of yours, i liked it, please keep making them !

  • Dude, you fart shit from your butt?

  • lol

u kinda sound like the joker from batman

  • Comment removed

  • I liked moment at 5.22 that was so funny u can't lock it :D

  • At the risk of gettin flamed im admittedly a noob when it comes to cases with the lack of ventilation slots on the side and compartmentalized sections on the bottom and top wouldnt air flow across the case be abstructed. There's 1 fan at the bot front and one at the top rear stock. Being located in the different compartments would this be an issue, or is this more of a water cooling case. I love the sleek look just curious wat someone who owns this case has to say.

  • I cant hear the Fans of the lian li My computer is too loud...

  • lol

  • This in a way is like a Macpro case for pc's but so much more classy :]

  • comon!! the whole bright flashing leds and windows are overrated

these days you want a solid aluminium case from Lian Li and Bam!! you got a sexy pc

  • depends, do i want to smell 1000$ burning? or a case with great cooling.

  • Exactly a bit steep for a case but god damn would your pc be cool in that

  • A thousand bucks??? I bought mine from newegg for 324.00 with shipping. Yeah it's still 300 bucks but I feel it's well worth it.

  • not the case -_- the components that the case will be holding which should be worth around 1000!

  • LOL gotcha! I planning around 3,000.00 for the budget for my Lian Li build.

  • this one of the pc-a71 which one you like better?

  • you got me sold Im getting this case off newegg when I get payed

  • This is a great case no doubt, but for the price, I'd probably take an Antec 1200 or CM HAF.

  • omg i love ur bloopers so funny

  • This case looks like an animal cage to me.

  • I've just ordered a PC-A7010 from Silverpcs (they sell the Lian Li line). And I wholeheartedly recommend them: I wanted a top panel with 2x120mm exhaust fans on the top. However, this was only available for the PC-7x. BUT, Daniel from silverpcs called me not only to mention that I'd be waisting $, but also to propose to take the original top panel and himself mod it so that I can have the 2 required fans, charging me as if I've ordered the optional top panel with 2 fans made for the other model!

  • are there any other cases that can have 2 power supplies?

  • Yes, check out the PC-A7010 - search for it on YouTube

  • antec P190 has 2 psus in standard

  • the cooler master HAF can have two. rodney actually did a review of it, number 1002

  • the only thing I don't like about this case is that it can't hold very loong power supplies

  • also anyone know whether the gpu support bar will get in the way of a Thermalright Ultra 120 extreme? or any other cooler for that matter

  • if it does you can always take the support bar out

  • is he extra fan that comes with the case (the one you mount on that centre graphics card holder 3-pin connector?

  • Is the PC-V1010 just a smaller version of this case?

  • i would also like to know this. does anyone know?

  • nice case but no transparent side :(

  • You can by a transparent side panel.

  • lian li makes some nice cases

  • nice bloopers

  • Hm this one or the Lian li armorsuit? Pc-P80

  • this one.

  • I thought the same though... I went with this one. :D I purchased the optional case top with two 12cm fan mounts/holes so that I can mount my radiator for water cooling up there.

  • great case

  • Aside from the techno types...just need a kick ass tower than can handle...though the rubber bits are probably too thin, the access pretty good, it's pretty impressive...I hate to think what this baby costs!

  • just bought this puppy on ebay, nice, cant wait to get my mitts on this

  • Bwahaha those thin rubber shits have "excellent anti-vibration"? :DDD

  • of course they do, imagine putting the steel/metal wheels on a hardwood or marble floor (and of course it'll vibrate), and then putting the rubber things on the wheels then putting it on the desk (wouldn't that vibrate less???) Common sense people, do your homework before posting a senseless comment like that.

  • I am sure drunken88 means that they are rather thin to do extensive dampening. Compare those thin rubber strips to professional 1-inch thick anti-vibration feet. Oh and remember to do your homework before correcting perfectly reasonable comments.

  • whats with the mini padlock.. im taking the WHOLE THING! :P

  • But how do you have more than one power supply linked to the motherboard?

  • You dont.

You have one for the motherboard and say all the hard drives. Then you have a second for your GPUs and everything else ;)

  • there is a way do configure using both psu on one board but... that sux, it has some dangerous effects if you do it wrong so... get a better psu if u need it :P

  • u get a "y" adaptor that lets you plug in 2 24pin adaptors into one side and the other side has one 24 pin adaptor that plugs into the mobo

  • i like the pillar in the middle for Fans and GPUs

  • of course it's enough! it's all about the placing and quality of the fans, not the quantity :P

  • you sir are showing a lack of self-respect

  • Check out the Lian-Li PC-A70B Case.

It's pretty quiet with 6 120mm slow speed fans.

Lots of options are available like window in side panel, two 120mm fans on top and more.

  • i want 1

  • damn the cooling is so loud

my $3 fans are quieter than that

  • "Alumenum" ;)

  • pretty neat case, too bad it doesnt really have some style on the outside

  • if you buy this case down the road why dont u mod a window into it?

  • nice

  • It would be 200% Kickass with a side window and some style..

  • Hmmmm looks realy good to bad it is so expencive.

  • What's the point to have the intake fan in front of the hard drives? The cool air never reaches cpu. i don't think that's 100% kickass :) except if you can place 120mm fans on the front drive bay.

  • its to cool the hard drive. Not everything in the cooling system is for the CPU

  • Get out now, Raidmax makes some of worst cases you can buy. Lian Li is right up there with Silverstone and means high quality. No shitty plastic parts on the case what so ever.

  • Actually your case is extremely ugly. The Lian Li is nice and simple.

  • the case has a nice shape and it has nice features. nice cooling. they could have put a window on it. but wit no windoes it looks great.

    3DGAMEMAN FOR LIFE

  • absolutely agree. With a window I'd say it is perfect

  • Seems like a good server case.

  • That is one godly case =)

  • nice case but it would be better if it had a window.

  • Thanks for the review! Definitely very nice. If you want more cooling and an easier dust filtration system go with the Armorsuit. Otherwise, this case seems pretty sweet with the compartmentalized design and finally they're making these cases with removable motherboard trays! Love Lian Li cases.

  • solid case, but needs a clear side! =)

  • i like that he never swears when he messes up. i would be like f this haha.

  • Looks a little plain. Nice review though!

  • 100% Kickass, I knew it :D

    Lian-Li never crap on cases
