YES, i would buy a card for $200 bcuz i know how to anticipate price drops and whatnot.

i bought 2 pot of duality for $160 when they came out, then i sold them for $300 after the march 2011 ban list. you just have to learn to anticipate which cards are gonna be worth more money than others. i never have enough money on me to buy cards, i just know how to sell/trade.

i totally agree about "no holos in a booster pack" i never buy the packs and my friend complained "damn wtf why dont you buy the new packs?" and my response "i dont pull out good or holo cards, its a waste of money! im not gonna spend 5 bucks on these packs" then he says "thats why u always lose." ....PISSES ME OFF! its not the new cards its the fucking SKILLS!

Yea I totally agree there, they used to do that to me all the time in my school and I would also waste my money buying packs and then the cards that comes out are like 95% crap. I get all the cards I want from friends. Yu-Gi-Oh is the biggest TCG in the world as of last year. I don't like the card costs either, but Konami has taken Yu-Gi-Oh over from UDE and the prices on EVERTHING will go down. The fact is the more money you spend on your deck the more likely you are to win that money back twice over. As far as the thief's go, well really you only get stolen from cause your to much of an idiot to watch your shit. Lol.

You have to pay rent money in order to have a good deck to keep up with the meta. I agree on the booster pack part there is so much garabage in the packs that nobody wants and if you do pull a 9times out of 10 its useless in the meta. Some holos are made for fun decks and eye candy only. Also other card games like naruto and pokemon aren't that expensive and you get a holo out of every pack. The most expensive card n those games range from 20-40 dollars max.

Exactly, i remember I just opened one Pokemon pack, I got like 2 holos instantly while in YuGiOh, I open over 30 and I get no holo at all except the premium packs that is when I got Marshmallon. The only good card I ever had in boosters packs and I'll never forget when I got it same day as Mario Party DS. YuGiOh just wants money which is why it's soooo popular.

Yes, I perfer to buy just the game and have all the cards there for free lol, because since they hold tournaments and wifi for the YuGiOh game now, you can probably play rather digitally or in realife and either way probably you'll win the price. The DS game is more economical. And wifi is free.

You can probably win with any kinds of deck if they are well constructed, any decks has the same chance of winning if they are complete as the overused Six Samurai and Gladiator decks if you get lucky and play your cards right.
