I agree with you, its your oil, its your choice what to do with your oil. If people of importing countries want to reduce the oil price, they need to change their SUV with a hybrid. Saudi and other countries that export oil and gas are in no way forced to increase domestic efficiency only for the importers to continue to enjoy low oil prices.
