I am very impressed. I would not want to meet any of them on a street late at night that is for sure. I may not know much about martial arts, but I do not see why they would want much power. Its a demo, not a real life scenario. If placed in a serious situation, they could easily add some force.

What was that. Other than the kata which was bad. you should all work on your basics like being able to rechamber your kicks. also flips and the like are gymnastics so if a gymnast puts on a gi does that mean that the are a martial artist. XMA what a bunch of bull they are all gymnast who can throw a few kicks. OH, before i forget what practicality does trowing a bo in the air have, or holding it more in the middle with both hands. you get no power. Thanks for the video.
