In fairness, I don't think this movie was a flop. Maybe it didn't earn as much as Bagets did- but I remember watching this in the province when I was a kid. We had to go back the next day to the theater because all the tickets were sold out. And when we went inside the cinema, it was SRO. During those days when there was no piracy- movies really earn- maybe not in the city but in the provinces. :)

OMG. Super Baduy. I forgot how baduy Aga Muhlach is. Still is, actually. He over acts in his movies, he obviously can't sing. I think the only thing this guy got going for him is he's sort of pretty (back then). It makes me cringe listening to this crap. Bob Guzman's not best work, obviously. I can understand why he'd want to forget about this song. This is one from the Vault that SHOULD STAY IN THE VAULT.

This movie was shown after Bagets in 1984. Was produced by Wonder films during the height of Agamania. Akala ng tatay ni aga na si Cheng Muhlach na kaya na ni Aga mag-solo. Ayaw na nilang isali si Aga sa Bagets 2. Ayun, This movie was a dismal flop! Nakarma sila.
