The Finns invented the sauna. I am half Finnish and I think my swedish side wins when I am trying to use it. LOL. I can never seem to stay long enough. Ironically, my swedish father outwins his Finnish friends in being able to sit the longest in the sauna ! LOL. And my Finnish mother can't stand the heat from it. LOL
