Dude....same here were gonna try at the city hall tommorow......we found a skate spot that had stairs that was leagle and we skate there and then like a week later we come back and there is a sign that says no skateboarding.....gay

Now that i watched the whole vid, I must say you clearly are a man with a great heart. That's the first thing you'll need, so you're halfway there! We raised funds for our park by selling t-shirts to tourists and the locals. This helped spread awareness of the the project. As we neared completion, the county kicked in $70,000...so we tripled the size of the park! Find a site. Draw a plan. Find a backhoe. The rest will follow. Fate favors the righteous.

helo, i am willing to design a budget skatepark for you. and the funding come from sponsership. mainly from constution company advertisement, all u gota do is ask them, its free promo! oh and give the kids sponserforms. kids can rake in the money

hey there, heres the lowdown, we are running an iliegal/unauthorised skatepark built on comman land. built by the skate comunitey. its a nice size and incorpirates most of the steriotipical ramps

and it will all be posted on youtube, i am going to record the overview soon,(total plan of what todo) then i will brake it down in to design, materials and construction,and of corse budget,

with on going videos to show progress. as well as helping otheres build parks it should act as local promo for our skate park

its an on going project witch is planed to take a few weeks, it will be build by both me and the skater kids,(gr8 free laybour and ud be serprized how well kids build things if they read the instructions,

i will also say this, a skater park will not work/maintain its self as a buisness as the make litlle money longterm.

Hey bill, too bad your in Canada, im in California, and in my lousy city our skate park is so small and has no good lines for skaters. So what I've done, im 30, and still skate, i build ramps and rails and the neighborhood kids shred em up. Just got done making a fun box for 12.90 american. The rest was donated by the city and other wood i had laying around. This is skater warfare, when i skated you tore apart anything you could to skate. Now with skateproof city modifications I am GOD.

props duude, I totally agree. If people doesnät want kids to skate on places where its illegal, just build a skatepark. It wouldt have to bee good. Just some flat and stuff where you are aloud to skate. nice.

I think this is a good idea. Everyone is always complaining about how there's kids skating where they shouldn't be skating... If they actually had somewhere that was designated for skating, we wouldn't have that problem now would we?
