Casting in plaster works well too but you gotta make molds. If you cast stuff use jetdry to avoid sticking.

what scale is 25 mils? 1:32, 1:48, 1:72 ect

I have a table of scales on my page called
Basics of Game Terrain Making
If you searched that you'll find it.
25ml is approx 1/64 (the old S gauge)
28ml is approx 1/58
Different companies measure from the base to the top of the head others measure to eye level.

hey, ur vids are really cool dude but i was wondering how to cut the foam so well. i use scissors or box cutters and they don't work to well

X-Acto knives are amazing for cutting, in my experience, scissors and box cutters don't work too well.

I like your style, but I've heard styrofoam is not very durable and wears away quickly so I was wondering if you could do a vid using a more durbale medium such as wood, metal, copper etc. (I;ve seen some incredible work with copper.)

Your very talented you should consider doing making and selling terrain I know people that have made a fair bit of money from it.
