During a Morning show I hosted in (of all places,) Rawlins, Wyoming, a traveler on Interstate 80 heard this song and called to say that she hadn't heard this played on air anywhere besides Chicago. As it turned out, she sent me a "cherry" copy of "Chicago Rocks", which was an album that The Loop, F.M. 98 released way back when. I hadn't the heart to tell her that I also had a copy of the same album, as well as albums by The Hounds and other "Support Your Local Rock" favorites.

OMG! It has been 25 years since I have heard this song. I had the album back when I lived in Chicago. It was released in 1979. It had gotten stolen and I never replaced it. Bummer, but I am glad that you have uploaded this very awesome tune from a very underrated band of the day. Thanks so much!
