Nice playing. Was this recorded digitally from your guitar to your computer? If so stop doing that...you are cheating yourself. Otherwise you must have one hell of an amp.

Not trying to be a downer, it's just my opinion that recording to computer (and being able to mix and edit) can become a crutch to those trying to become better yet wanting to impress others.

I still give you 5 Stars as I thought you did a great job and captured the soul of the song.

I was about 16 before I learned how to play this good. Stevie was always my favorite blues guitarist.

The only one bit of constructive criticism I have, you may already know, so if you do ignore this. I learned not to control myself so much. To get the raw feeling you have to attack the strings with the pick hand, a.k.a. plectrum hand. Just mute all the other strings with your left hand and hammer those individual notes. I never rest my wrist on the guitar during Stevie.

there's a few options actually. You could swap out the pickups for a pickup splitter, then you can just switch it to a humbucker or single coil. also im pretty sure theres a pedal floating around for that but im not sure.
