  • This is fantastic, time to start stocking up on Sharpies:)

  • @pretties4alice Absolutely!!

  • beautiful colors and the design possibilities are so open-ended that my mind is racing! Look forward to seeing you at Art & Soul Virginia next month, Suzanne!

  • @christygrant Thank you ...I am so looking forward to seeing you too, Art and Soul will be so much fun.

  • 4:40 for the lesson.

At first I was sad because I thought it was just a class 'result' video... but then as I kept watching the video she was nice enough to let us in on her lesson at the end. So... if you feel like getting right to the lesson click the time stamp. ^_^

BTW, Thanks so much for this!

  • @BeyondBracelets Thanks glad you liked it , results are amazing!

  • this is GREAT! but how do you dry the scarf once it's soaked with ink and alcohol? do i hang it on a hanger and let it air dry, use a blow dryer or can i ring it out? also, what's the rubber band technique?

  • @audreyfunkystuff You may hang it on a hanger, put it in the dryer or dry flat..it will dry very quickly. There is another video on our channel..Tie Dye the Easy Way which will explain the rubber band technique. Thanks for watching!

  • "i wanna move slow so it will be nice and juicy" thats what she said hehehehe

  • Amazing I love it. what happens if you wash the scarf?

  • @Mamaricco Heat set the material with heat gun, hair dryer, clothes dryer or iron and it should be completely washable. I would use the gentle cycle.

  • im from houston where is this place located i would love to do this class

  • @geishabema87 Thank you, I don't generally give many classes which is why i did the youtube video. Design Originals carries the books with information and how-tos in them, Magic with Markers and Creative Dyeing with Fabric are two good ones.

  • can you can do this on shirts?

  • @geishabema87 Works great on tshirts, can also be used with any fabric.

  • Dharma Trading Company has a website where you can order the scarves in all sizes.

  • where do you get the scarfs?

  • Thanks so much for sharing the video...much appreciated.

  • Great job, ladies! I've shared your video on Bubblegum Post today.

  • You're welcome. The scarves can be hand washed with mild soap in cold water, the ink will not run. I always make some of these for gifts.

  • How to you wash the scarves? Does the ink run out? I love the idea!!! It's so original. Great mother's gift or Christmas present to do with the kids. Thank you so much. :)

  • 4:04 how did they make it??

  • You're welcome...it's fun and the results are beautiful...glad you're excited to do it!

  • Cool, I wanna do that!! Thx for showing how! :)
