This is an awesome song.....why didn't you guys become popular?! Its a shame that it had to die like many other 80s bands that never had a chance....Like Dirty Rhythm for example, they only released one album (Hard as a Rock) and had only one single (Feel the Fire) Almost no one knows who they are. Me, an 18 year old kid knows who they are....what can you say, I was raised on good music. :)
Thanks Francesco. We did one album and we had a meeting with the guy who signed bands with Sony Records but we didn't make the cut! We were very popular locally. We've actually been talking about doing a re-union gig. That should be fun. You definitely know good music for someone your age. Most of today's youth has no idea about the roots and frankly the best of Rock music which of course happened from the late '60s to the late '80s.
@rickyon (sigh) I remember back in the day.... it was 1997 i think.....I was 4 years old at the time....My Dad owned "The Best of Kansas" on CD ( the old one with the Drastic Measures outtake "Perfect Lover") All I would keep saying was "DADDY PUT THE FIRE SONG ON!!!! PUT THE FIRE SONG ON!!!" And so, the young wheathead was born. My Dad would play me all of his Van Halen albums and his Ozzy albums and I loved it!!
Well then maybe you should get some new ears! Just kidding. The bass player/lead singer wrote all the songs so maybe that has something to do with it?
No, THAT'S unthinkable! Haha. Yeah, that's usaually the way it is, you see it all the time. There's a great advice on "Guitar Hero": NEVER let the singer do the mixing!
Wow, I didn't know that you were in a band! Thats awesome. I knew that you were a drummer, of course, but its really cool that you guys recorded stuff. Awesome songs you put up, thanks!

Another great song! In my ears, the vocals are a bit too dominant here... But that doesn't really matter! 5 stars!

How come you guys didn't hit the big-time?

We took a shot at it but were shot down by the guy who signed talent for Sony records. The band broke up at the end of the same year.
