Some people are so stupid!! Everyone! Farm animals aren't as fragile as you think they are. That little 'smack' she gave the sheep is just to make it go. They're skin is so thick that it didn't hurt it at all, and I know this because if it hurt the sheep then the sheep wouldn't have dealt with that. Believe it or not but that sheep can kill the child in a matter of minutes if it wanted to.

Some of you commenters are stupid. You obviously have no idea how strong sheep and goats are. That sheep, judging by it's size, probably weighs around 100lbs. Have you ever been around a 100lbs goat sheep?? They are STRONG. I've got a 155lb nubian goat wether I bottle fed and he is unbelievably strong. I'm not going to lie, I've hopped on him a few times, I weight 120lbs and he has no problem carrying me. I love videos like this, I think they are hilarious. You people need to chill out.

It's really not cruel for a child to ride on a sheep's back. She even doesn't weigh more that that sheep. People who comment on this, doesn't even know the difference between a goat or a sheep, so why give any comments if you don't know anything about animals at all.

This little girl experience much more than you had in your life, and you talk through envy. That sheep didn't die after she has ride on his back, or stressed out. He looked out for her the next day.

If people listen carefully, they will realize that the clapping noise is from the adults clapping their hands to encourage the sheep to run and not from the girl tapping its back. Have you ever heard wool making that kind of noise. I think the sheep hardly felt that tap. And by the way, that sheep is still big friends with the same little girl who use to bottle feed him as a baby.

I do live on a farm, and I know of goats that have had their backs broken by kids even sitting on them. However, It looks like the goat is big enough to handle it for a minute or two. Maybe this little girl does respect animals. She's just hitting it to make it walk for the camera...hmmm. I don't think it's that big of a deal. She's happy, the video is cute, and the goat survived just fine.

Reading the debate about my video just makes me laugh. I think the people who had the most negative comments are the people who know the least about the farm and farm animals. This sheep is a hand reared one and as tame as can be. The girl is only 5 years old and extremely light and I can guarantee that the sheep hardly felt the little tap on its back. Children growing up on a farm has the utmost respect and love for animals and a little exploration once off will not hurt either one.
