We had a simply wonderful evening at the Corn Exchange Brighton on 17th February. Beth was exquisite, absolutely excellent onstage, with two brilliant musicians, Marcus Hummon & Maartin Allcock combining with her to give the rapt audience a real treat. Beth signed her latest album for a long queue of people & when I chatted to her, she made me as comfortable as if I had known her all my life. i was listening to bbc radio 2 today on my way to work and at bout 8/8:15am this song came on and i been wondering what was called. thanks for posting it.
i only found it by searching the "you can spend your whole life wanting what you can't have" i thought was called hourglass though lols.

I'm still loving Beth's album "Back To Love" & just jumped in & bought two tickets to see her LIVE at The Corn Exchange in Brighton on 17th February. Now I need to find a kindred spirit to come along with me. (LOL) I'm off to see Cara Dillon in a sell-out gig at The Hailsham Pavilion, this Sunday 7th February, which should be brilliant as she just won the BBC Best Folk Album of the Year for the wonderful "Hill of Thieves". La Vita e Bella.
