@WereAllAnon I feel ya. Out of the 118 entries there were 2 people who 'called' me 'out', saying that they thought it was disrespectful for me to ask others to 'diss' in their tracks.

I was just stating the fact openly, that this was not my intention in the video.

No worries though, the judging is going well and honestly there's only been one video so far that split the judges, but we worked it out. Everyone brings a bit of a different style.

@WereAllAnon It's way early to begin complaining about judging already. We've watched EVERY SINGLE video so far and have over 40 PAGES of notes. We've spent over 12 hours at it so far and are taking this very seriously, and the points are precise.

On a side note, in youtube cyphers, the phrase "Call Out" means to request a friend or fellow rapper/singer to also step up to the mic and join the cypher. When we asked for "calling out" it wasn't requesting disses. It was to get more participants.

Well the way I see it, one can walk into a competition and only think about winning.. OR one can walk into a competition and concentrate on winning while thinking about becoming better. The best way to improve is to know what you do wrong. That's why I am a big fan of critiques. I love praise, but it's always useful to know if you slipped up with something, ya know?
