I played the Game Giveaway's version, which I think was the full game. I never actually got to the last few levels (I've been meaning to for a while), so I'll hear it then. Great twist on Tower Defense, great story, great soundtrack - I tell everyone interested in games about ID. I'll have to finish the game soon!
The game giveaway version was v1.0, so it didn't contain this track. You can still download the track on the forums though if you like, the soundtrack is free to download there.
Just discovered this game, thought it was a web-comic because of where it was advertised. But it's truly a classic. My first strategy games as a child, like Final Fantasy 10, usually had a strong storyline behind it. Now that I'm older I can play just for the strategy, but playing immortal defence brought me back to the days where there was a curiousty driving along, to solve the puzzles and bring a world of trouble and chaos to an end. Not to mention Immortal Defense is very deep.
Thanks, much appreciated, glad you're enjoying the game. Advertising on webcomics probably isn't a good idea, but it was an experiment. If you are interested in webcomics though, the author of the story of this game has a webcomic called "the man who hates fun".

Weird. I don't remember this song. Was this a secret level?

No, it was the final battle music in v1.1. You may have played v1.0.
