  • I was taught Dok Paro was "Go Straight". Dee ro was Turn around. Wencho and Orwencho was left and right. "Yogi say wo chusayo" is stop here please. Never heard chick chin for go straight, then again we didn't call Taegu Daegu back then.

    jik jin is used for directions when driving i would say.. dok paro is more used when saying "correctly".. like "do it correctly" = "dok paro hae"...

  • dude; in the country I live; you have to beg the taxi drivers to take you to your destinations and bargain prices. OMFG I so miss korea.

  • lol cool i live in s.korea for now im not really trying to learn the language terrible memory but its cool to see you get sumwhere with such ease. it takes me a lot of pointing and what? what? to get where im going. i know a few words but i dont really know if im saying them right so i stick to the name of the building...etc. yeah they do drive fast! i had one going 80 once real scary! a 40 min trip usually only took 20. now i know why they do the chicken hand!
