It can't be, because Jhonen Vasquez stated himself that Dib and Gaz don't have a mother. They were experiments of Professor Membrane, who had managed to create life, and he kept them as his children. In simpler terms, Professor Membrane created Gaz and Dib in his lab. They don't have a mother.
