i just started playing lacrosse this year and after 5 practices started getting this pain in my lower leg. I found out it was a minor case of shin splints and apparently this is supposed to really help it go away. thanks for the vid
Thank you, Ive been getting charlie horses in my calves after workouts and a slight jog back home, then in the middle of the night I would get these painful cramps in my calves. Thanks again
thanks so much! i didn't know the lower calf one and thats what was hurting after running barefoot. it felt like a knot coming loose when i did it :)

when stretching calves this way do you stretch your hamstrings as well? as i do not want to stretch that part at all..?

this is very helpful! I've just started going for jogs and runs and now I'm limping!! haha I needed to stretch my calves better.
