  • thanks so much! i didn't know the lower calf one and thats what was hurting after running barefoot. it felt like a knot coming loose when i did it :)

  • when stretching calves this way do you stretch your hamstrings as well? as i do not want to stretch that part at all..?

  • @ToFierce2handle Then move your feet closer together till more flexiable make sure you fell strech

  • i just started playing lacrosse this year and after 5 practices started getting this pain in my lower leg. I found out it was a minor case of shin splints and apparently this is supposed to really help it go away. thanks for the vid

  • this is very helpful! I've just started going for jogs and runs and now I'm limping!! haha I needed to stretch my calves better.
