This is such a beautiful tribute to such a beautiful little boy. My heart goes out to you for your loss of Jacob. You are and always will be in my thoughts and prayers. Rest in Sweet Peace little man, you are loved and always remembered.
Some of the pictures are fuzzy but we decided to include all of Jacob's photos no matter how bad the quality. There are also pictures of Ronald McDonald house where we lived for 5 weeks waiting for Jacob to arrive and some photos of his first annverisary BBQ
