Using a bench scraper and making a diagonal motion accomplishes the same thing as the chef's knife, and it doesn't wreck your knife. Just a matter of preference though, nice vid.
@55marly Any combs will do.. most of chefs use stuffs from Reno Depot or any hardware stores. The Chotolate will reflect on what it is. If you use plastic.. your chocolate will shine.. if you use something that's raw and ''mat''.. it'll come out non-shiny.. you can do anything really
i wont even do decorations with the chocolate instead I WOULD SIT ON MY SOFA WITH THE WHOLE BUCKET OF CHOCOLATE ON MY LLAPP WHILE WATCHIGN FULL HOUSE!!! but great tutorial!
hello my name is robert ive watched your viedo before and i was interested in your choclate cigretts and about makeing them myself but i cant seem to find a pastry comb like the one you have used in this viedo could you recomend me a site to get 1 from thank you
where can i buy a machine like you show to mantain the right temperature of chocolate you need to work.? and the divider you show ? answer me please to lulytrav@gmail.com
1-do i have to use a paper cone or would plastic be okay?
2-after i melt my chocolate i usually add cream and condensed milk to add sweetness and preventing it from hardening so will it still work with that kind of chocolate or do i have to do it while its bitter?
