Hey man, about 'learning how to bowl' the best advice anyone can give you to start is, to have your own ball, drilled to your own hand.

Of course it is no where as easy as that, but alot of people ask me, omg how do you do that. I smile and say, it has alot to do with the right equipment.

my ball is 15lbs. i practice twice a week about 10 games. i used to practice a heck of a lot more, like 40 games a week.
