Yea its a good good running streak There is a guy in states Robert Kraft who has run since Jan 1 1975 Ron Hill has famously been running everyday since dec 1964. I started running in 1976 at age 8. I was running over 100 miles week by age 14, ran approx 5200 miles a year between 14 and 24. I'm running av 45 miles aweek now.

I just made it my goal to run for 30 minutes a day to get in shape at first. I love the end!
