Hm well i was never very good at Melee so i don't play it as often as Brawl. I am only decent at Brawl so if anything i play Brawl but I find Melee more fun to watch. I realize why Captain Falcon sucks now. It is because of his jump has no reach. I was just watching a Clod Zero video and noticed the obvious difference between the two Falcons. They have there own personality in Brawl. I don't miss Wavedash combo's or grab combos. I can still do them in Brawl pretty well. So Melee is dead to me.
Gimpy went from the best Brawl player(demo version) to one of the players that disrespects the game the most. Everyone had high expectations for the competitive game after the demo was shown. The gameplay was faster, it had auto canceled shff and there was no tripping. I have to agree, as a competitive game, Brawl sucks and it's not worth playing if Clod Zero doesn't play.

and before i get flamed im not questioning gimpy's skill, or saying brawl is bad or anything like that. im merely asking a question about the how the game works since i havent played it much so i dont know, and im curious since whenever i try to combo the same why i do in melee people just airdodge away (hitstun seems to be nonexistant).

I got it April Fools Lolololololololol. It's a April Fools guys. The game has ruined some peoples characters and has given others opportunities. I can play Captain Falcon and still own twice as hard as i use too. Link has gotten weak too but still playable, Ike is easy to get around, But grabs are usless but they suprise people and good racking damage. My reasons.

I mean I get the fact that it is a joke, but it's really hard to figure that out. Just because someone says it's a joke, doesn't mean it is. Make it more clear next time...

I realize why Captain Falcon sucks now. It is because of his jump has no reach. I was just watching a Clod Zero video and noticed the obvious difference between the two Falcons. In melee, he always jumps right into the character and does the knee, which almost always garantees a "knee of death" as one may say.
I know I mispelled that word.

I agree Captain Falcon has gotten Worse... But i can still compete with him and win. Who cares if Clod Zero doesn't play. Melee wasn't really that fun in my opinion. Too many clones of characters. They have there own personality in Brawl. I don't miss Wavedash combo's or grab combos. I can still do them in Brawl pretty well. So Melee is dead to me.

Gimpy went from the best Brawl player(demo version) to one of the players that disrespects the game the most. Everyone had high expectations for the competitive game after the demo was shown. The gameplay was faster, it had auto canceled shff and there was no tripping. I have to agree, as a competitive game, Brawl sucks and it's not worth playing if Clod Zero doesn't play.
