@ZhadoxFlamez He was meant to be! They wrote him as a girl but the advertising tie-wearers said it wouldn't sell. So they made him the girliest boy they could, had him crossdress, and scripted in multiple terrible blows to the groin for him through the series. Don't fuck with Tomino! XD

@ZhadoxFlamez Agreed. Also Turn A was so different then a typical Gundam series that having the protagonist be a girl would simply make sense. That is the one thing that is missing from a Gundam series. THey have strong female characters, but in its 30+ years of being around, but not a single female protagonist. I guess the biggest problem is that this is a) a Gundam series, so it is mostly for guys and b) Japan is still not really an open country yet for female advancement...which is sad.

Ecole is a very good series and I am surprised that the japanese animators haven't caught on yet that such a series would be awesome. Hmm...maybe a anime adaptation of the manga...?

@ronnor001 Probably, honestly the mangas or novelizations of gundam have so much potentiol to be a great anime. To name a few, gundam sentinel, blue destiny, eu ecole du ciel , and others. There is going to be an anime adaptation of Gundam The Origin which is a manga.

Its called Turn A gundam.....its part of the gundam meta serries.....its really good and has deep character developments but it has less fighting and ALLOT less death than the other gundam serries
