I think there is some editing required, 'at 20 Victor contracted HIV NOT AIDS. Secondly why would Victor not be able to have the life you discribe after he contracted HIV? Many people living with HIV have a very full and active life. I totally get the message to protect oneself but for people living with HIV it may actually encourage the misunderstanding about the disease which leads to stigma.
