if you practice flickin it over ur head using you tendons u will find it alot easyer then start doin the jump forward make sure u lean back other wise you will never get it i might post a video tutorial

Keep practicing, man. Keep a positive attitude. Come back to it after some time if you get frustrated. I'm trying to learn the headstall and every night I practice for around 3-5 minutes. Today I was able to keep it on my head for about 6-7 seconds! I was pretty psyched. I'm going to try learning the sombrero flick too now.
