  • ...i dont kno wat to say.its not like him...

  • I did a dance to this song, and was a great job.

  • logged in just to say that I like it. Its different and it helps me to not want to go outside to hear something new. Tired of the same sounds, and I dont like the drag me down music gospel.. Only some artists I can get with, other than that I'm all for my worship music.

  • @Jerzchula2009 Thts kool

  • Eyes haven't seen and ears haven't heard what the Lord is doing for His people...You better get on the band wagon and get FRESH!....God gives us a new and FRESH renewing each and every day!...Thanks TYE for reminding us!

  • I LOVE HIS WHOLE ALBUM....I LOVE THE CHANGE HE HAS BEEN THROUGH A LOT AND HE PUT HIS FEELINGS INTO HIS MUSIC AND IT TELLS A STORY OF REPENTANCE AND CHANGING....KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK TYE...

  • I LOVE THIS SONG!!! I LOVE THE WHOLE ALBUM!!! GOD HAS DONE SOMETHING FRESH WITH TYE TRIBBETT AND HIS MARRIAGE!!! I THINK IT'S FITTING. Now as for Mary Mary and Deitrick Hadden....they've put out good music, but nothing I can actually get my praise on to, and the spirit of a lot of their songs is more of the world than of the Lord.

  • 3:05 is ma fav. part

  • thats a gud way to end a song tye

  • 54 people are not freeesh like tye is

  • This isn't a personal favorite of mine and only because I think the message of the Gospel does not need to change; it does not need to get hip or new to do what God intended it to do. However new music (this song in particular) can be a bridge to get the attention of others who may not be used to gospel music and pull them in to hunger for more. The ultimate truth. Tye is doing a great job of planting seeds. Just know that listening to the music isn't enough we have to be connected to the source

  • If we are fighting change here, what do you think Heaven is going to be like? Musicians there have to have something fresh to praise God with all day every day, in addition to the old standards. Christians seem to have rigid cellulose fibers stuck where they don't need them. And if you want to complain, ask God to use you to create praise that will lift the hearts of men and angels. Just a suggestion...

  • I luv this song. I actually have his album...i just am really bore in my room rite now! might as well listen to it on youtub AND itunes, rite? lol!

  • <3 this ,.

  • I LIKE IT AN HIS SPIN ON AUTO TUNE IS IFERENT...ITS NOT A TPAIN TYPE OF FEEL..TYE IS ACTUALY AN ARTIST AN ISNT ONE O THE GOSPEL ARTISTS THAT SIMPLY COPY WHATEVER THE WORLD IS DOING

  • @MyMickey0221 54 people ain't fresh now

  • Back in the 70's, people said that gospel was becoming worldly when it played in discos. Some modern gospel music is lifestyle music. It allows a person to dance & rejoice to the Lord & not sex, drugs or violence. It's a better alternative. We all saw how the kids who neva got to listen to secular music lose they minds when they got out of their parents house (i.e. the Braxtons Toni's overtly sexual.) This way they can still relate to their peers & not ingest negative values.

  • i loved this from the first time i heard it..its "fresh"

  • if you ask me GOD only gets better so why shouldn't music evelate...people need to know that GOD can relate to everyone so thats why this music is so important..and 9 out of 10 it's the old timers in church wanting everything to stay the same when things (regardless of how people feel) change!!

  • i love the end

  • wow tye tribbett you went all out (STOP)

  • the end is cool lol

  • Tye talked to me on twitter :)

  • Religion will say this is secular.

Relationship will say this is edifying. Want a fresh new perspective, Lord!

  • Is this ever so FRESH!!!

  • I hate when people call tye tribett & mary mary & deitrick Haddon worldly... they are obviously trying to call the young people and catch there attention that all gospel music isn't always suppose to sound like "OHHH MARY DON'T YOU WEEP... && young people can relate to it... I mean what young person you know can't relate to these HIP artist's lol?? I mean like really.. :))

  • What's the difference between how he does gospel from mary mary, or kirk franklin? This is off the chain, plus all his tracks on this album aint digital. He has a lot of tracks with his band playing. Also, he does have worship songs on here. No, it's not what we are use to from G.A. but thats what you get when everything is different. So let's try to stop hating and continue to worship God with Tye like we always have before. Thanks for listening.

  • 52 people aren't fresh l:( this song is awesome

  • @MyMickey0221 I agree!!! this is F-R-E-S-H!!!!!

  • @TyeTribbett u keep on doing ur thang and keep your head up!! the haters r ur test to make u stronger!!!!!

  • @ChcltDiva omg why r the so called saved people hating on the saved people who r trying there best to do what Gods word says to do!!!! i want u all to stop and read these comments what would a sinner think about this!!!!!! i need u all to Start praying cuz sumbody aint saved!! God will be back soon u better be ready!!!!

  • <3 IT!!!!!!

  • Dont like it im sorry

  • @lanadria neither do i. he is known for writing awesome songs, i mean d haddy did futuristic and it really worked (church on the moon) but this idk :( major fail

  • i really luv dis song

  • woo! i love this guy! he's my boyyyy!!!

  • Wow this was bad. Too much autotune

  • GOD BLEES

  • these comments are no different than those read in secular music videos, it seems everyone likes to criticize and differ from others. Everyone wants to be right and overrule the opinion of others, buttonhole you were different but I see that they are not, that's why we have not reached the world nisiquera among you can see the love and tolerance

  • So Fresh!

  • By reading the comments i see yall aint really listening to the lyrics to this song..."Fresh" its basically sayin that he's starting all over again, he wants something new and something FRESH........ if u'all miss the old tye, go to the stores and buy his old albums...Im Just being real about it....if u dnt like my comment...that means u can't handle Realness... Be Blessed!!! I Love All of tye's Music!!!! Been to 3of his concerts... It was Anointed, and Awesome! Pray for him and not stone him..

  • I really like this newness coming from Tye. I'm 61 and am very embedded in Gospel music old. But I have followed Tye for quite some time and I truly can relate to this sound and find it to be quite good to me. I have found Tye to be very created from all sides. So whatever he does I truly knows it is for the good of those who loves the Lord. Do your thing Tye!!! It's all good and I know this, man......lol Love Ya!!!!!

  • good song...but I honestly miss the old tye.......

  • It's not very worship music....no offense

  • Maybe I need to look the lyrics up and listen to this again. But as of now I'm disappointed with this song.

  • i personally think that this album has lost it's true feel for yrs he's been with Ga and doing live concerts with praise and worship... but this album is so digital till i think it will turn many off from listening to him,,, i love his previous albums but wont make it to my cd collection

  • Ya'll are silly. Why are you arguing over this? Focus on what's important.. If you're saved, then what I'm sayin' is don't waste your time or words w/ internet arguments and focus on the harvest Jesus commissions us to. You all know people who are going to Hell, focus on changing that.

  • ONE M0:00RE TIME!!!!!!

  • esta goood

  • esta muy bueno

  • PEOPLE IN THE CHURCH ALWAYS HAVE SOMTHING TO SAY DONT LET THEM SHUT DOWN WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO DO THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS SONG PEOPLE JUST LIKE TO KEEP GOSPLE MUSIC IN A BOX....NOOOO it can used in any form!

  • love tye by tha way

  • when God speaks of "world",its of MIND-sets/sin.u can take THEIR tunes & Genres, some styles, & this is WISE, stickin good messages, wrapped in disguise, of which will change minds, even literally..cause brains are wired accordingly by God.Tye is gifted.&not foul..sigh..THATS key..OLD religious-spirit christians,STUCK in tradition is not the mission, its soul fishin.Religious-spirit Mind R missin GREAT commision, even2 own&OCCUPY-waitin2float2sky..breeds MUCHcomplacentcy in christian lives

  • Jesus rebuked a man in the temple after healing him, "Later Jesus found him at the temple and said to him, "See, you are well again. Stop sinning or something worse may happen to you."-John 5:14

  • This man is an adulterer at heart. He is also a deceiver he could be having sex with someone else wife, but he would not tell you!!!

  • @losdodgerz we all fall short of the glory of God & he that is without sin cast the first stone bible saids ! So we not here to put eachotha dwn. Your no betta then this man & he's no betta then u.Those that r saved r stuck in this body & everyday we fight against it & we fall short .bible saids the spirit is strong but the flesh is weak . I commend Tye for bein open & transparent with his personal life it has only added to his testimony on how great, how merciful&forgiving r God is !!!

  • @Mariahgodsv God is also a God of wrath and judgment. He hates sin, yet TYE claims he can continue in sin and be blessed. God says all adulterers will have their part in the lake of fire. I'm not saying he was not forgiven, but in some interviews he makes the sin seem like God made him go through. God did not make TYE sin, he gave in to his flesh. I don't support none of these Jezebels in the church today. Da Truth slept with his wife, and he went and slept with his wifes friend.

  • @Mariahgodsv What your saying is its alright for your pastor to commit adultery. Then be praised and pampered like a little baby. They need a stern rebuke and be kicked out of the church if they continue in sin. I never heard of the apostles committing adultery. This is the reason the world makes a mockery of Christianity because its called hypocrisy. Jesus called the pharisees hypocrites because they taught the people to keep the ten commandments yet they couldn't keep them.

  • @losdodgerz Sin is wrong on all accounts. All things in the dark will b exposed in the light & yes their will b consequences which u & I dnt kno wut those consequences were 4 Tye. We're not here 2 prove anything 2 anybody or b approved by anybody.Tye has a repentive heart & u dnt kick uh person while he's already dwn.Ultimately God is going 2 handle the situation bcuz wheneva we open r mouths we stick r foot in it & if u r not bein lead by the Holy spirit then it doesnt matter wut u have 2 say

  • @losdodgerz Wow. Good job Mr. God

  • nice..........

  • so much auto tune it makes T-pain sound normal

  • Wooh...this a club banger!! ;)

  • F

    FR

    FRE

    FRES

    FRESH

  • I see there a mixed emotions about this track. I mean, I dont like to judge, but I like the last few songs he released in previous album better than this one. But I will certainly keep an eye mind to the rest of the album.

  • Just so you know....I love the sound. I'm anointed and don't wait for a beat to get me in the mood to worship or praise God.

  • Basically, Christian saints and friends....God's pattern for us to praise him is laid out in Psalm 105:4 and 149:3....if anything is out of order with that then there's a problem. God didn't say what certain dance to do ( for instance how to shout like church folks) and he didnt say what it had to sound like, but what to use, and who to sing praises to...he said it had to glorify him...not please men.

  • I mean like which one of us knows what music is anointed and isn't anointed to God? I think many of us are just trapped in what is acceptable to "people". God says let everything that has breath praise the Lord...praise him in song, and in dance, and with cymbals...so we know God loves beats.lol Those were his guidelines for praising him. Anyway...God anointed people not the sound of music. So he's an anointed man of God Glorifying God with what God gave him. That's how you break that down.

  • its ok but I agree, its not the anointed music that he usually does. Its a good workout song, but give me "everything to me" for worship!

  • the ending is Crazyy!!!!!!!!!!

  • I like it. It sound a little like a band called Chromeo (they are secular though).

  • @hippiebutnot - Kinda does :) i like chromeo too :) Im glad to hear christian music that i can still jamm to.. God is a God of F.U.N!

  • HEY YO, CAN'T WE JUST ENJOY THE SONG I MEAN REALLY? TYE TRIBBET PROBABLY MADE THE TRACK WITH THE INTENTION OF IT GLORIFYING GOD NOT TO SEE HOW CLOSE HE CAN MAKE HIS MUSIC TO WORLDLY MUSIC, PLUS YOUNG PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF RELATE TO THE MUSIC CAUSE ITS IN OUR TIME.

    -GOD BLESS

  • @uce0f0ldsch00l TRIBBET IS OFF. WE ARE TO HIDE BEHIDE THE CROSS .TO MUCH OF HIM LESS OF HIM MORE OF GOD ,BESIDE WE WERE TOLD NOT TO CHANG THE LANDMARKS

  • @theclarrettbo1 - God is fun too! Not all music has to be in the form of worship :) God said to praise AND worship him :) Its okay <3 we can have fun in the Lord

  • @yomammafan1I THINK YOU MISSED THE POINT

  • @yomammafan1 My point had nothing to do with fun ,the word says not to change the landmarks that the lord has set ,next the word says that we are to hide behind the cross ,its too much of tribbet ,down all the way down .We are to glory in the lord not in man ,beside how can he sing to anyone after all of his mess .

  • @theclarrettbo1 ... uhm.. not to change landmarks meaning not to change the rules, laws, and patterns of God. God's pattern for praising him is to praise him with the trimbel and dance, and singing praises unto him, praise him with the cymbals, and stringed instruments. I believe the man is doing exactly that . So no, God's landmarks have not been broken. The tradition of what people are used to hearing is what's been broken...and I don't think God cares about that.

  • @TheBrandiva NOT TO CHANGE THE LANDMARK MEANING, NOT TO CHANGE THE SPIRIT ,ORDER, WORD, SOUND,A LITTLE LAVEN LAVENS THE WHOLE LOAF.LOOK AT HIM ,ITS NOT ABOUT HIM.BUT TRY TELLING HIM THAT.WE AS GODS PEOPLE NEED TO HIDE BEHIDE THE CROSS.STAY LOW ,ITS NOT ABOUT US ,ITS ABOUT THE CHRIST IN US. THERE IS A SOUND IN GOD AND THAT NOT IT .WHEN I SUFFER FROM THING IN LIFE I WE NEED A WORD IN SONG THATS NOT GOING TO HELP ME.WHEN MY FAMILY MEMBERS PASS WAY OR MY MOTHER IS ILL THAT NOT GOING TO HELP ME

  • @uce0f0ldsch00l Well if he did he missed it .He looks like the world sound like the world. If it walks like a duck WELL YOU KNOW THE REST.

  • @uce0f0ldsch00l There's not enough love in the world to give it away to imaginary beings.

  • @snakeweirdo u better get ya attitude together cuz God created u

  • @Mrpacman850 An imaginary being cannot create anything real.

  • @snakeweirdo HE ISNT IMAGINARY SO THEREFORE HE CAN CREATE MAN

  • @Mrpacman850 I am not imaginary so therefore I can create man?

  • IF U DONT LIKE THE SONG CHANGE IT!!!! OTHERWISE ENJOY THIS INCREDIBLE SONG!!!

  • i dont care!! this is different from what hes use to putting out but its still HOT!!!! from start to finish. i love the autotune at the end

  • As long as a God we a sever its ok

    Mad tune

  • i dont like this.. at all. i totally dont like this 'NEW' style of Tye Tribbett... it has too much "world" ...

    #movin on...

  • i luv dis~

  • FUNNY HOW THE SONG IS CALLED FRESH AND ITS SOUNDS FRESH, MEANING NEW AND CLEAN NO DIRT OR HATERS CAN TOUCH THIS " EVERYTHING FRESH MAN EVERTHING FRESH"

  • Christian's are not robots...we can appreciate change. This is "fresh" and new and I love it! If I were to make a gospel song at home just from the top of my head, it would sound something like this. Gospel is about the message, not just the sound. We need to mature and stop being stuck to one type of sound. As a Christian I grow tired of the same ole' style of gospel. Even some the contemp stuff is overdone. This makes me want to buy more gospel/christian music. isnt that the goal?

  • I like it even though I cant understand a word theyre saying lol

  • Can we just quit arguing about music's progress and just enjoy the song and the MEANING BEHIND IT!?!?!?! THANK YOU!!! And God Bless Ya!!

  • boo..

  • I love this song and the CD... Another classic from Tye

  • Something different, God is a strange God. Great Work Tye. Music for everyone can get down to and still glorify God.

  • really like this song, Tye is my favorite gospel artist next to Kirk Franklin. Have ya'll heard his new single, "I Smile"? It's off his new album Hello Fear that drops 3/22, can't wait!!

  • DO ANY OF YOU SEE WHAT'S GOING ON HERE?! DO YOU?! DIVISION!! Does that matter to anyone? One sides likes the song, has no problem with what Tye is doing. If you don't agree, or it doesn't do anything for you personally or spiritually, then that's between you & God! Unless you know Tye personally, you don't have the right to determine what his agenda is! Love believes all things, remember that beattitude? No wonder the enemy thinks we're a joke, we can't get along with each other!!

  • @DJKhrome Hello, honestly I don't see it as division, I also don't see Leontheminister disliking him as an artist. I don't know him or you, but I do know this. God gave us freedom in him, so we also have the freedom to like or dislike a thing correct?. I believe this is one of those cases where we Agree to disagree! Now Most of Tye's music I really do like, I have his cd's on my ipod, but there are a few songs that I personally don't like as well.

  • @DJKhrome

  • @tamikka72 But your approach IS the right approach. I've been trying to get people to understand that we all have different tastes, even in Christian music.God made us INDIVIDUALS in the body of Christ, and, despite some of the opinions I see here that disturb me, it IS OK to agree to disagree. It doesn't make Christians who like this song "less spiritual" than those who don't like it. If you read some of the things I read on here, some of these folks need prayer. It's about representing Him.

  • @DJKhrome Absolutely

  • love this song..it sounds like new beginnings..fresh..

  • I believe, and it's not to offend, yet if people in the world can't see/hear/feel the difference between God's music and the world's music--then I believe we shouldn't listen to it. I love Tye Tribbett. I am a HUGE fan of his, but unfortunately this did nothing for my spirit, even in trying to listen to the words and what it is truly saying. God doesn't need the world so He can reach, that's what His spirit is for. He needs us to reach for Him and continuely discern His spirit. Be a blessing!

  • luv this song and it does have a beautiful meaning.........but sometimes people get too vain of themselves.....just look @ tye in the pic...he's standin on top of a piano with all white clothes n a glowing light behind him....GOD is supposed 2 be the one with white clothes on a glowing light behind him!!

  • It just doesn't do much for my spirit and soul. I am trying to listen to the words but the noise is too much for me to focus on the words!

  • not really a fan of this song..but hey...every artist has one bad song so i still love tye tribbett

  • This Song Is "AWESOME" :-) Can't Get Enough

  • People need to quit worrying about the SOUND of it, and pay attention to the CORE of it. I bet you can't show me anywhere in the bible where it says the music has to stay the same i.e. "footstomping, and tamborines." Lest you all forget, once upon a time there WAS no music, no bass drum, no hand clapping, none of it. The word Is THE WORD, and no matter who God sends it through...SOMEONE needs to hear it. Period. Auto tune or not.

  • @KaybellaJ listen, if your gonna call yourself a "singer" and release a whole album or yourself singing then you need to be able to SING. We dont let ushers usher who have no ppl skills. or let ppl preach who dont have that calling. using autotune on almost a whole album is saying :i cant sing. and really the words arent even popping to me. so either way its just not getting with it. and if its all about "the words" then write a poem. music is about everything that goes into it.

  • @pumpyofist That's fine your opinion is noted and respected. How the words "pop" with you, or fall into your way of operating however, doesn't change the fact that if this songs grabs just one person's attention and get's them to think on it...then it's served it's purpose. Am I a fan of this whole album? No. I'm not huge on auto-tune, but I do respect those who make an ATTEMPT to Draw In those who need to hear it. Despite whether it Flops or Flies.

  • lol i was listenin 2 dis n my sis walkd into da room n said "is this t-pain?" lol

  • At the end of the day is doesn't matter what race you are, we are all trying to strive and save lives FOR GOD, so really no matter what it SOUNDS like its about the content if you have to change the style of music to bring people to Christ then so be it. Who put a label on how Gospel Music should be written at the end of the day its praising God winning souls and all glory goes to him

  • Love it !!!!! That's for me! Something New!!!!

  • That synthesizer at the end is stellar!. EVERYTHING FRESH MAN!.

  • I Love This Song.. I Be Gone On Gospel Skating Fridays lol :-)

  • SMH... YALL WORRIED ABOUT THE WRONG THING.... YOU SHOULD BE TRYING TO LISTEN TO THE MESSAGE OF THE SONG!!!!!!

  • @charnity whats the message then?

  • I personally do not like this song beacuse the message itself is represented through materialism. Instead of saying how you're blessed because you have on nice fresh to death clothes on. It sort of takes away what being blessed truley means. Now, this song does speak another language...which is "street" talk and it is commercially correct and it will definentely sell.

  • This song is absolutely AMAZING!! I can get my work-out and praise on in the mornings to this! Thanks Soooo much for posting...God bless!

  • if yall cant see that, then you need to seriously rethink your priorities...#that is all

  • my take on yalls argument, if you dont like it then DONT LISTEN TO IT POINT BLANK. i love this song. he is appealing to the younger crowd while getting Gods message across. All of these all high and mighty christians in here that are bad mouthing newer type of christian/gospel music, the one's thats arguing between black and white christian music and which one is the best, get a life!!!! It doesnt matter what type of style of christian music is played, as long as souls are saved.

  • Well let me tell you something. First of all it is not about "black gospel" or "white gospel" music. There are many styles of Christian music. There is Southern Gospel, there is contemporary Christian, Christian rock, Christian metal, Christian rap etc. The bottom line is that we has human beings and Christians worship Jesus with various styles of music. Satan didn't invent or create music. He can pervert music. God created music to bring glory to Himself. I like all kinds of Christian music.

  • I get SO aggravated with "Christians" who label music "secular/spiritual". Music is MUSIC! It is an art of sound in time that expresses ideas and emotions in significant forms through the elements of rhythm, melody, and harmony. Because a song has a type of sound other than the Old Gospel Hymns people say it is of the devil. STOP! Slaves came up some songs from drum rhythms they used before they were coverted! So are Old Gospel Hymns of the devil now?! NO! Its about WHO you are singing about

  • Kirk Franklin once said the song "Stomp" was not made for those who knew Christ, but it was made to go into "the highways and byways" to draw a generation who felt that God was they're parents God back to him.And you know how radical that song was. My point is that each generation has a unique way of drawing the young to God. From James Cleveland to Walter Hawkins, The Winans to John P. Kee,Kirk Franklin to Tye Tribbett . Many changes but the same God . Alpha and Omega . . .

  • It is amazing what those who call themselves "God's children" say to each other. If there is a message to be heard in ANY type of music about our Lord who can judge it and call it foul? Judge not or you will be judged. Who cares what beat it's to or what it sounds like or who's singing it as long as it ministers to a persons soul and brings them closer to God........ that's ALL that should matter. Such foolishness.

  • @sade16 I totally agree, but folks continue to argue. If a different style of Christian music is not their thing, I respect that, listen to what you like. The problem I have is when people determine for me what I'm supposed to like because a beat sounds like a secular song. Does it make it secular? NO! If this offends some of you, I'm sorry, but you should also have enough respect for others to agree to disagree & leave it at that. This is how the enemy causes division amongst believers!

  • All y'all on here arguing bout this while u cud b out in the streets ministering to the young people gang bangers , prostitutes, and homosexuals. Stop letting petty stuff worry u!!!!!!!!!

  • @ChcltDiva how can u not differentiate r u not listening to the words?????? If u listen to way he is saying u can clearly here that he is spreading Gods word!!!!

  • @Leontheminister I must agree with you. I enjoy what the radio station labels christian music instead of gospel because I feel am able to worshiper more freely without having to fight off or resist the temptation to think about what secular music I have heard this from. God has given us the creativity and talent to use what we have. So why are we sampling from the world? What we really are teaching this generation is that it is okay to compromise.

  • I'm reading some of the comments of my brothers & sisters. Lots of passionate differences of opinions. Can we please remember to for the sake of Godly unity to agree to disagree if we have to? Don't start thinking that if someone doesn't agree with you suddenly they're not as Godly as you are-big mistake! The enemy loves division amongst believers because there'e no impact being made to the lost because we're arguing with each other. This needed repeating, especially now.

  • I'm reading some of the comments of my brothers & sisters. Lots of passionate differences of opinions. Can we please remember to for the sake of Godly unity to agree to disagree if we have to? • I don't know why people dislike the knew things that their doing to gospel. their is nothing wrong in changing your sound to reach ppl bcause not every one likes the old school gospel. So ppl like Tye Tribbett are spread the news by puting in things that us young ppl like and wat we relate too. Don't fight something that is working.

  • I like this because it blends some of the old school with modern technology. White or black it still all about God. As a matter of fact Some of our cauc, brothers and sister sound pretty good themselves. Keep praying Saints

  • @wcallisa22 I agree

  • @raenamonet I understand what you are saying but that's not what I meant and sorry if I sounded rasict of course race doesn't matter and btw not every genre of music is made to glorify god.

  • @tdw991 I am not "labeling" white peoples gospel bcuz I havnt put a label on it all I'm saying is we make our music sound too much like secular music plz understand the post before u comment

  • @Leontheminister okay. what do you consider to be white people's gospel? who to you is a white gospel artist? if i commented wrong or misunderstood, then please clarify...

  • @tdwh991 ILL TELL YOU WHO. BUT First OF ALL DONT BE CRITIZIZNG MY COUSIN. NExt He makes money and better beats then you wil ever make in your life. AND THERE ARE PLENTY of white GOSPIL SINGERS LIKE GO TO 91.9 fm YOULL HERE WHITES SO GO TO JESUS.THANKS BYE!

  • @Leontheminister not tryin' 2 spark up a debate but i understand wat u mean by "cultural" gospel changing over time...i JUST discussed this w/my friends{& noo i'm not an ubber christian but i am a pk so i know the difference sumwat btwn gospel music & "secular" gospel...for 1 martha munizzi is 1 of my moms faves b/c she 2 has said {as the pastors wife} that a LOT of her fave gospel artists have comformed 2 the world...

  • @Leontheminister a few sunday mornins ago i was listenin' 2 wat i "thought" was gospel radio & i promise u when the beat & lyrics dropped {dj kalid all i do is win} i thought it was armagedden haa lbvvs....there was a time when u couldn't do alllll this modern music/dance & mix w/the church...i thought the "world" should b able 2 c the light n u..y is it that WE r blendin' n w/the world...they should b jumpin' aboard our ship...ijs <3 ta ta 4 now SMOOCHEZ

  • @Leontheminister DISTRACT! The music is not what you are use to so it distracts you and you miss the message. DIVIDE! Negative comment causes argument and anger that divide God's people. DISCONNECT! If you are angry and upset there is a disconnection from God. DESTROY! If you are no longer connected you are not protected and can be destroyed.Well I guess Satan is doing his job!!!

  • @Leontheminister Yeah my cousin tye is not labling "white" people music ok so stop hating

  • Yeah my cousin tye is not labling "white" people music ok so stop hating

  • @Leontheminister first of all man, there's no white people music, black people music, or any other ethnic music. All of it's just music. second of all, i'm asuming that when you said "our music," you meant "black music," as you would say. And about this "black music," it's not secular and unless you count mary mary, kirk franklin and deitrick haddon as everybody, then not every body in the gospel genre has R&B singers on their tracks.

  • @Leontheminister And another thing, Rance Allen, Lee Williams make songs just like the ones from back in the day. Other singers as well. So before you go on, posting comments on people's videos, how about you do me this one favor, YOU need to understand your own thoughts before you post them on youtube videos.

  • @Leontheminister Amen!!

  • @Leontheminister i am "white" and I listen to black gospel artists just as much as "white" gospel artists; but going by your terms, white people gospel actually has changed a ton. We don't sing near as many hymns and if we do they are "updated" versions. So, your point doesn't make any sense. I don't think the sound of the music matters as long as the content glorifies God

  • @rescued2311

I so agree it's the Message that you listen too

not just the music anyone can make music,

but it's again the word of God being brought forth

music has no color no race,

when can we all as christian come as one union and untied.

  • @rescued2311 I hear you friend; if you are IN CHRIST, YOU FAM with me...LOL!!! I am African American and I have albums sung by my Caucasian brothers and sisters around the world who glorify God. I grew up listening to a lot of the African American sound of gospel but when i went to an "international seminary" for my MA degree I learned many types of worship;-) Lately, I love Anthem Lights...LOL!!! If you don't know them, you tube them and you will be blessed by their songs. Blessings!!!!

  • @Mar2009zx Thank you so much for this reply. It was very encouraging to me to be reminded of the unity of the body of Christ, regardless of ethnicity or musical differences. God bless you.

  • @rescued2311 I agree with you. Just look at how many "white" christian or ccm artists have been talked down on just as much as Tye, or Mary Mary, or Kirk Franklin, or whatever. Amy Grant, TobyMac, Jaci Velasquez, etc. have all been just as criticized. I think "black" Gospel is just still developing to new levels.

  • @rescued2311 it's music, i'm not saying what ur saying is bad, but music is music, please... don't bring race in to God's music... we're all his children after all!
