  • I'm so glad that you did this video! I have thin fine hair that I feel has dramatically changed and even gotten thinner. I'm getting frustrated.......ughhh!

  • @OceanMOD7 Well, my focus is not weight loss as I believe weight loss is a side effect of many other factors ie. good health :) Although many of my videos may focus on "flat belly" etc, the root of it and my philosophy is when you address your health from a holistic perspective ie. nutrition/lifestyle/emotions, that is when you can truly achieve incredible health. But you will find that when you eat cleaner, you do lose fat and detox. Pls check out my free recipes at joyoushealth.ca

  • @teyalov For now, I have articles on my website I've written on this.... please visit joyoushealth.ca because I don't think I can attach a direct link to the posts. As well, acne has much to do with hormones/stress/diet and it has to be a custom-tailored approach which is why I have not done a video yet. Thank you for your suggestion!
