I dreamed that a new Sonic game was going to come out with beautiful techno music where everything about Sonic's world changed and Metal Sonic turned good. Thank you, Team Gemini, for making this. I'm with Solaris here. Nicely open, plenty of platform variation and many branches. It looks like he has deliberately built in the possibility of chaining segments together to keep the speed.

Downsides are maybe that the game itself is too fast for this still, but I thoroughly prefer the lagging camera he used. Yeah, no real threats that have caused the player to hesitate here. The variation is great but many parts appear be fillerish. Segments need a challenge, reason or identity more I think.

If you want to see how Metal was supposed to look then go play Sonic adventure 1 and look at him floating on the tube, that was the fitting Metal Sonic we wanted to see, not the short spiked stupidity seen in SA2 onward. Classic Metal is way more bad ass than the metal we see these days, and they preferred to insult him in Sonic Heroes than to keep the new Metal last seen in Adventure 1 floating there.

I don't like how Sonic Team abandoned the Idea of Metal sonic having longer spikes and slender body and kept him small round looking and short spiked while Sonic has longer spikes, looks retarded.
