For mouse aim, you have to download the MouseAim mod, and with it, you can change keyboard controls. Really, though, the MouseAim is kinda zigzaggy. You'd be better off using a gamepad such as an Xbox 360 Controller for Windows.

because your card is directx x 10 it fails to run the game with the dx 10 settings, download a file which is called d3dx0_30.dll , you can search for it on google, then place this file into the main resident evil 4 folder probably located in your c: drive, then choose program files and look for the capcom folder, then just place the d3dx0_30.dll file into the resident evil 4 folder, and the game should work fine.

You can use a controller and the controllers work great. I wouldnt suggest playing it any other way ive tried the mouse. It sucks.

And im still not too impressed with the 1.10 patch the graphics and texutres still arent too great.

FPS games are ment for the pc while others such as side scrollers and tps games are ment for consoles.
