i wouldn't recommend changing anything with setfsb or afterburner unless you know what you're doing.

the biggest fps gain i've had was by trying out different sets of drivers for my card (getting 45-55 fps on a 460m while recording with afterburner).

& gamebooster is a waste of hdd space, windows already does this, you can optimize everything gamebooster does without installing anything... there are a lot of resources explaining this more in depth if you google "truth about memory optimizers"

I used gamebooster back on my old computer 7 years ago but about 5 years ago gamebooster did have a virus from download dot com, and it also damages your system by pausing or stoping important security programs, any overclocking is the last thing a newb should do dont do it.

I have a 2012 computer custom built gets 120 fps in anygame any settings.

Skyrim gave me trouble until the LAA patch.

Guys heres my strange problem, im using a HD 6850 and a 6core AMD bulldozer 3.3mhz, when i first got the game i was happily playin on max settings at 40-60 fps, now all of a sudden im at 10-20 fps, dont have a clue why, could someone please give some advice.

This hasn't done anything for me. I'm not saying your wrong or anything i'm just saying i may have done something wrong here. My list in the %appdata% is slightly different from yours. and the game booster tends to close after i login and the game doesn't boot. just wondering if you have any tips to get around these problems.

Right click your SWTOR Launcher shortcut

Click properties

Go to Compatibility

Disable visual themes

Disable desktop composition

Run this program as an administrator

Hit okay and boot SWTOR

Well it kinda work for me, not MUCH better but hey i can heal at last, like 5-10 fps more. My irl friend got worse pc than i do and he got 40 fps at wz, ive got 10-20. Ure right, damn Hero Engine.

Can't find my motherboard on the setfbs list... HP Pavillion p6604f / N-Alvorix-RS880-uATX motherboard. I can't OC it with AMD overdrive either. I just upgraded my video card to a 1GB and did everything else in this video but i still only get like 10 fps in warzones. Is there any way to OC this thing or do i need to get a new processor?

I did what I could with my settings and downloaded Game Booster and Afterburner. My FPS jumped from single digits with spikes up to 30 at most to an average of 30-40 with spikes up 80-90. Thank you for this. It has helped a lot.

I haven't overclocked anything but with my current system I'm getting around 20-40 fps in Warzones and anywhere between 50-90 outside of them. My specs are:

AMD Phenom II X2 555 Processor 3.2GHz

8gb of RAM

and an AMD Radeon 6870

For the MSI afterburner part, my clock speed and such have no room to move, already at max (at 900) but I haven't touched clock speed before. Any advice?
