40? thats bull. ive clocked it going next to my dad in his car and his speedometer was at 55 when i was going top speed and he was going right next to me. it goes faster than 40.

top speed is about 55 but u can get a rev box and a smaller rear sprocket to make it go like 65 mabey faster watch my top speed video. its got alot of power btw
