It would be awesome if more nice people could get jobs there with your tips. One of the reasons I stopped buying MAC cosmetics was how rude their "artists" always seem to be. I used air quotes because I'd expect an artist to actually know something about the products. I stick to Make Up For Ever now. Better quality cosmetics within the price range.

Go to their website and study their products. find the closest products you own that can actually fool them that it is. Example: Wear a plain black eye shadow and instead of saying the true brand you just say it's MAC "Typographic". They wont test it or anything LOL. Same thing with your mascara and blush..

Instead of asking for face charts, can you just google them and print them out so
