The ref got his 15 min. at the expense of that receiver horrible call plus the defender is giving him the business after the touchdown grabbing and tugging like my date last night just wrong!

Kansas State had to make the 2 point conversion just to tie the game. The penalty just made the 2 point a lot harder to convert. To say that Kansas State would have won the game is not a true statement. I agree that the call was a bit ridiculous, but that's college football. If a player brings attention to himself and himself only then it will bring out the flag and he (the saluting player) should have known better...
