The only thing you can now do is to download the save. Of cource it applies only if you have the PC version. I can't tell you anything about PS3 or X-Box ones.

Ha that's a neat strategy there. That wasn't what I was having trouble with on the mission though. It was chasing that asshole in the freaking helicopter!! Why did they make flying the helicopter soo hard in this game?
@notyoursavior78 yeah, actually. did you use xbox gamepad? cause if you did while flying the helicopter you shouldnt have had much trouble. while I was trying to chase him down with a keyboard and a mouse, it was like being harrassed by a panda.
haha well I had it for my PS3. It just too hard for me to maintain like a level balance in the air while also maintaining good speed as well. I just couldn't figure it out. Flying was easier in past games.
There was a mission where you had to chase someone in the helicopter earlier in the game and I managed to beat it simply by getting lucky I think. But when it came to this last mission I tried a bunch of times and just ran out of patience.
@notyoursavior78 actually it's not very difficult to maintain the controls of the heli if you understand the way it flyes in real life. I have had 2 RC choppers. One was PiccoZ (simpliest one) and the second's Lama V. Lama could fly almost like the choppers from GTA within limits of my apartment. So I believe you just have to train or complete some kind of learning manuals. What about driving? You can drive in that game? SO, have you completed GTA IV in the long run, or you still have troubles?
Yeah driving is easy enough. I may drive a little sloppy at times, but nothing that is detrimental to my overall performance. I never did properly finish the game because my PS3 overheated sometime ago and well I lost most of my saved data as the majority of it I didn't back up. I've played GTA IV from time to time again, but I'm not even at the middle point of the game yet.
Really? Overheated? Well, I thought it was only Xbox's problem with its "red ring of death". Actually I even was thinking about buying a PS3 after my 9800GTX overheated and burned. But then I bought a new Radeon graphics which is equal in price with PS3. I dont know but nowadays here in Moscow it is about 40 degrees (C) every day, so it's not even safe to use things which can easily heat up while being turned on.
It's not as common of a problem with PS3s but it can happen. I noticed afterwards one of the vents got really clogged up with dust so that was probably the problem.

Yes, sometimes I don't even sleep just to play GTA 4. My addiction to this game is kind of incurable. Anyways, in this game, you can often discover something new and unusual. I have tried to modify weapons.(make pistol shoot rockets...etc) It is fun.
recently i found that each girl at "love-meet" might have a special ability given to you if she likes you enough. I've dated with two girls for a time and they start to like Niko enough. One of them can heal Niko's injury. Another can clear wanted levels for Niko. Perhaps one would give Niko a car bomb in addition to Packie.

finally I had someone fix the problem of cpu overheating and now can use my pc again. Wonderful! LoL, I wonder if random characters can respawn after I kill them.

The prices of graphic cards seem to drop very greatly over time. About half year ago I spent approximately 5000 new Taiwan dollars to buy the 8800gts 320mb graphic card.

And there is another graphic card called 9800gx2. I really don't know which is better, 9800gtx or 9800gx2

There are no deers to hunt in Taiwan. The government now forbids hunting deers. Decades ago some Taiwanese killed too many wild indigenous deers and left them almost extinct. The government doesn't want these poor deers to die out.

My CPU is likely to overheat and I can't play the game for the time being. I think people using computers in Russia don't have to worry about the problem of CPU overheating because the temperature is often sub-zero.
