@sinterdesint Yes, just whisked than fried. You can just break the yolk and fry. I'm sure some try with a sunny side up too, but I like it cooked through for the sandwich. See my 'Breakfast Bagle' for another method on the egg (and sandwich). I have a few breakie type sandwiches, 'search my vids under breakfast and or sandwich' cheers! KtC

Substituting a bagel for the bun works really well too!

If you cook bacon before hand you can drain off the excess grease and then throw the egg in for a bacon-bit-rriffic egg
