Just watched it, too tired and sleepy to say much more of anything else than what these guys already said, and I agree with almost pretty much they said. Very good review. It is indeed a great movie. I like it when they said it is an atypical movie, and I agree completely. It is an atypical movie but done in a very good way. It is also not the kind of movie for the average movie goer, since it lacks all the Hollywood glitz and formulaic drudge. Again, great movie.

I liked this movie very intense and of course Christian Bale is awesome as usual he just gets better. I have to disagree with the pro military comment no way, I did not gt that at all. The ending that would have been cool is perhaps of course his rescue minus the rah rah part and then Dieter (Christian) fast forward and reflecing on his ordeal years later. This movie was very real and raw I liked that. I love to see movies that reflect reality no matter how harsh.

Good review. I really wanna see this movie. Christian Bale is one of the best actors working today and extremely dedicated to his work and it would be interesting to see Steve Zahn in a serious role. I dig these types of films as well.
