That's actually not a bridge. It's an elevated highway between Tokyo and Yokohama. I recognized the black/white checkered tower at 0:56. It's the Wangan highway. Wangan litterally translates to Bayshore route.

I drive that route at least once a month going to Daikoku Futo to the GT-R meetings.
