Well done video, clear representaton of coaching fundamental principle. The coach is bringing you the "tool box", the toolbox represents systems, processes, and knowledge a coach brings to help the clients. The clients defining and reaching their dreams is the measurement of success. Each coach bring its own "toolbox"- Finding the coach who matches the client philosophy is what's critical. Sophie, Smile Enabler with WellTastic.
Awesome topic. I like videos about training and coaching. There is a lot for free stuff on the internet. I love it! Last week I did a 45 minute webinar + certificate for free at trainingforthetrainer. com It very was helpful.
In theory we all know but in practice many times that knowledge isn´t enough nor useful, - "What´s happening? Who am I? What shall I do?" Coaching the way you are living: Look attentively and start to see what never seen before. Contemplate who we truly are. Discover new options, possibilities of expression. Plan objectives and actions to undertake. Sense and direction to effort. Appreciate the process.

Hi! Im a coach Ontológico certified in Argentina and Personal trainer. Im a translator too since 1993 but do not work on that really but.... Would you like to have this video translated and post it in spanish? I can do it if you send me the raw video or the FLV format. The video is great!
Magnifico vídeo..!!! una forma inteligente y visual de mostrar como funciona un proceso de coaching. Lo uso frecuentemente entre mis clientes y alumnos de coaching y funciona perfecto. Muchas Gracias. Jesús Ripa.
This is a great and fun video. I like how you cleverly show the alliance between the coach and the client, how the client has to do the work but the coach is right there supporting and catching the client, and how creative the client is to solving their own life's situation when they have good support. I would make one change: at the end show the client grows bigger, because they learned and became more of themselves. That's the point of coaching, clients permanently grow more into themselves
It sounds like a lot of people have a very strange concept of what coaching is. It is the direct opposite of charlatanism simply because it is based on real respect of the other (the client), the different viewpoints and experiences people have nd on permission from the client. This little cartoon is actually creative and lovely. Thanks.
Hey I liked so much your video, I think it's very graphic, I would like to share the link on at actioncoach´s facebook, I want your permission, ¡thank you!
this video have wrongs... the coach doesnt give tools... the coach ask a coache what tools he think need for his plan or somethink like that... anyway 80% true
This video is completely wrong. The whole coaching thing is a charlatanism applied to business environment.
In life we need defining problems and finding solutions. For that we use consultants/specialists. Why do I need to pay someone to cheer and tell me obvious things when I am the one that have to figure it out and resolve all conflicting issues? It is completely beyond me. charlatanism!
@gespilk There's more to coaching than just applied to business environment, you have life coaching and sports coaching. If you dont know José Mourinho besides being a football coach he has knowledge of coaching applied to sports environment. If you are so sure that it is charlatanism you are probably basing your opinion in bad examples of coaching. Remember that in everything in life people try to take advantage of "new stuff" just to earn money. Coaching was developed by a neurocientist and
@gespilk a Psychologist. I know this because i volunteer for a portuguese coaching company. If your american and if you so sure coaching is charlatanism, your probably a very sceptic, why wont you go to a anthony robbins workshop and see for yourself if coaching does or not work. Remember that for it to work you gotta be open minded and open to new experiences. It's all in the power of thought.
@gespilk Having been involved with both in professional and personal circumstances, I actually think that consultants are the charlatans... especially management consultants. More often then not in the business environment it is precisely the obvious practical things we need to be reminded of because these are the things we most easily loose sight of in our busy minds and busy days. A coach can do this in a caring and and empathetic manner....your boss or client will never do the same.
First of all, you have to download "atube catcher"... is a program wich you can use to download youtube's videos... you have to copy the link of the video and put it on this program... It's very easy...
@HanZiField A coach hands you the tools to carry yourself in various states of comfort. That's why you see the coach handing a tool to the coachee in every stage of their journey.
Nice video. Master Coaching provides all this and more. With a master coach you will get to work with an expert who helps you address all aspects of your life holistically in mind, body, spirit, business and relationships. The massive growth and success of coaching has had a permanent impact on therapy as there is now a huge shift going on towards what is known as 'positive psychology'. Things like NLP, hypnosis, and coaching have been about this for over 30 years. I help people everyday. :-)
Made me chuckle with delight.... Although we all know coaching may be more complex than the animation indicates for both the client and the coach, it's nice to see a simple and light-hearted explanation of the coaching process.
I'm a professional business coach and this video made me smile. Whilst there is no text in the video I think that it cleverly highlights the key facets of the coaching relationship in that the client sets the agenda and does the work - whilst the coach helps them in a non-judgemental way - especially when the client faces a temporary obstacle. Thanks for making coaching look cool. I'll share this with my clients who often face obstacles when working towards their internet marketing goals.
I was looking for video in order to explain in 2 minutes, with images, How coaching works. Great idea!!!
I think that the best part of it is that It´s not need to be translated into another language because of a spoken explanation, therefore it works for everyboday which it is a plus in my case. I work internationally so, THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a very good and simple explaination but would benefit from subtle explainations around how the client does the work while the Coach only introduces implements, resources & insights that the client uses to achieve success.
It's actually quite good, if you know anything about coaching, and Wellcoaches, specifically. It represents all the elements of a healthy coaching experience, from the beginning to end. So, msalseroblanco, can you please explain how you coach your client through a lapse, relapse or difficult step? Why the hostility in your tone?
Over-simplistic, it says nothing. Not even coaching 101, more like first day at school, orientation 101 for coaching 101. Furthermore, it is disconnected from reality. As example to illustrate my statement, a coach does not provide a safety net when people fall... some falls hurt... anyway... people have turn coaching as something so linear, simplistic, it is a bit ridiculous.
@SuperNovaSirius if that's what it took to create a video that so well expressed the degree of componential simplicity with which masterful coaching proceeds, great strategy with their choice on designers, then!
I think this is great, a cute little story to illustrate the nature of coaching, providing the client with tools, having the client realize that they needed to add rungs to the ladder to make smaller steps. Wow, poignant and entertaining. Congrats!

Planificar objetivos y acciones a emprender.
Dar dirección y sentido al esfuerzo.
Apreciar el proceso.
