Hi,

The book is called "7 Preludes for Vibraphone" by Louis Cauberghs.

"The Percussion Specialist" has it if you order from the US, or you can get it in Europe from "Percussion Music Europe"

Just let me know if you would still have trouble obtaining a copy.
