I remember watching this so long ago. Quite funny at the time. This and the Budweiser Frogs, Dalmatians, and Horses - those are top quality commericals.

Noticed that too, wasn't sure if there was going to be a big TV special on or not for TWC on their 25th or were they just going to sprinkle these in now and then.

This commerical has been featured in the "World's funniest TV commercials" kind of TV shows/programs.. Maybe that's where you saw it
