How do you get to level 14 this early in the game?? I have had a few random encounters and am level 10 .. If your gonna tell me I have to go and level up in random battles just to fight this guy then I am taking this game back tomorrow. What a rubbish system :-(

This was real easy to beat.

I placed Kaim in front row and the other 2 in the back. I kept telling Jensen to use Flare and equipped Kaim with a Flame Ring and used Seth to keep healing. I beat Grilgan very easily to be honest in a few minutes.

not to hate. but you had an incredibly lucky fight.

AKA, he only used his AOE attack once. And regular attacked the rest of the time. Each time I fight this guy, he's done the AOE attack twice in a row.. Makes it ridiculously hard to maintain heals while pounding on him.

Good job though, nice vid/music. Brings back memories.

Yes. I totally know that know. haha. I love this game. Finally an RPG that doesn't have super whiny characters. Like Kaim. He's got problems but at least he doesn't angst over them ever dialogue segment. (looking at you FFVII) not that i don't love FFVII but still. get's old.

I totally agree. It's a nice video and I'll rate it 5, but everyone who puts up a "how to beat this boss" video for this thing gets positively no AOE attacks in comparison to the f*cking barrage of them that I get.

the FF music went perfectly with it!! Especially at 1:29. :D That was awesome. And great parts where the attacks matched the music. But, great battle. How did Kaim get Ultimate analysis at lvl 14?!
