@sheikhan13 We do have versions with an adjustable angle. The trouble is they need experienced users who know what to set them to. AnySharp is set to suit for regular knives and hardened knives, for simple, rapid use

this is actually quite good for a badly damaged knife, you can take a good amount of material off and get the knicks out/back the edge up before you take it to your stone and rods. I do really like the suction cup hold down as well, could suction it to my bench and leave it.

hmm ... experienced knife sharpeners can use whetstones to excellent effect, and possibly get the knife sharper than any auto sharpener out there

but how many people have the time to practice those robotic whetstone movements .. this seems quick safe and easy to use ... definitely practical

@salemsevern Not necessarily true, the AnySharp is truly a hard ware upgrade. Also, be careful not to cut your fingers off with the wet stone.
