did you pay by cash? cause if yoou payed by credit card or debit or like any kind of master or what-ever card, you could show them the transaction thing that you can print on the internet from the bank;s website, and they should at the least give you a swap or trade in, so they won't give you the money back but they will let you take something that's also 299 or less or more and you just do the math and add the ammount or subtract the ammount.
