GDI has no technology(you saw what happened with ion cannon) or elite units to fight agaisnt that force. NOD has elite units such as black hand, Immortal leader Kane, and much more.
It's available after completing both of the other ones. No doubt there's some kind of cheat or shortcut if you had other ways of spending a couple dozen hours.

@filipinowhiteboy IKR cnc 4 would have been epic if they used the same way that cnc 3 was done in and that they ditched the crap in the cinematics and story departments... hell playing as GDI in a Mamoth mark 2 (or w/e it was called in cnc 4 would have been fun still.... lol

Well the cinematic isnt quite to look at, and most of non first language english speaking players dont seem to understand it clear enough. Damn even most english speaking people find it annoying. All Im saying is they couldve done so much with the aliens but all they settled for is stereotypes : P Loads and loads of them

well what not many people notice is that the towers are like the tiberium spikes but on a huge scale they drain all tiberium out of the ground harvesting it on a massive scale which really for gdi is exactly what they wanted but they don't even know what there for! you can only find out on the scrin campaign if you get the intel on em
