Yes it IS possible to stop procrastinating. But you don't need to know what procratination is, coz you already know it, you experience it... . You can live your dream, you can do whatever you want - nothing is too coplicated. All you need is forget what procrastination is, you need a person, friend, who while asking "how are you" will also ask "how are your plans/to do list" with same care. And it will be pleasure/pure joy to answer them "yes I DID it" "I've accomplished my task". Good Luck!
